  • Weisse Arena Group / knoows AG: Development of a digital marketing and community strategy for the LAAX winter-sports resort; deployment of Chinese social-media platforms to acquire and retain Chinese customers.

  • Telekom Deutschland / ALSO Deutschland: Facilitation of a 12-month “Social Selling” pilot with Telekom retail partners; creation of local communities for brick-and-mortar retailers via social media to test Chinese omnichannel models; including concept design, evaluation, and subsequent strategy development.

  • dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur: Setting up the new dpa business unit „Media Intelligence“ following the acquisition of Buzzrank. Responsible for product strategy, business development and company integration.

  • First Data: Development of an online reputation strategy. Support for crisis communication.

  • Deutsche Telekom: Digital customer service strategy for Telekom Deutschland (Project „Telekom-hilft“) + implementation over a 3 year period. Concept for a customer involvement program. 

  • Volkswagen: Concept and implementation of new digital dialogue channels. Coaching of the customer engagement team. Various digital campaigns.

  • XING: Product concept for a new B2B brand communications offering. Acquisition of pilot customers.

  • Nespresso: Sparring partner and internal coach for digital marketing. Concept for a influencer relationship program.

  • NDR: Workshops on the changing media landscape. Helping various radio and tv programs with the digitization of their businesses.

  • Deutsche Bahn / Ray Sono: Social media service strategy, support of set-up of service dialog channels on Twitter and Facebook (@db_bahn).

  • Lange Uhren GmbH / A. Lange & Söhne: Audit of the digital marketing strategy. Support of a pitch process for the selection of a new digital agency.

  • Tchibo / Liquid Campaign: Company-wide social media strategy, support for the launch of the Tchibo Facebook page.

  • Bosch-Rexroth: Workshops on digital branding and content marketing.

  • Swisscom: Consulting for several internal projects, e.g. development of a new IP-TV product. Various in-house seminars on digital branding.

  • OTTO: Digital media strategy for the launch of an internal start-up company. Coaching during several crisis incidents.
