Kevin Nalts - a comedian on Youtube with nearly 30K subscribers - has written a (free!) ebook on "How to Become Popular on YouTube (Without Any Talent)". Sounds interesting? You can either download the 30+ page PDF from his site or find it on Scribd:
So far, I just flipped through it. But the book really looks well founded. It is not written from the perspective of some one who wants to push lame viral videos for money, but from some one who aims to build a loyal following on YouTube. Not sure if that is possible without talent, though...!? ;-)
