The Five Stages of a PR Disaster 

A grim scenario more and more marketers have to face these days: There was this one thing, everyone at the strategy meeting agreed should not be mentioned in outside communication, because the customers are not supposed to know about it. Then suddenly people start talking about it, a negative comment shows up on the Facebook page, a potential shitstorm seems to loom on the horizon.
