Big Ears more useful than Big Mouths!

Jimmy Maymann, chairman of GoViral and a colleague of mine, has written an article for Brand Republic about Media Youcracy and what challenges it brings for marketers today:
"The user is now in charge -- deciding what to watch, when, where and for how long -- giving them the power to make or break any new product, advert or brand. (...)"

I really like his conclusion:
"For marketers, big ears are more useful than big mouths these days."
