Australian MSN Division offers User configurable SMS Premium Service

The best ideas are the simple ones - and here is a very simple idea ! Mike Stanic reports on his weblog about an interesting new SMS service from the Australian MSN Division called Buzzwords (via Smartmobs):
Buzzwords allows you to register a "buzzword", like splatt and to setup a response phrase or quiz that is sent to people if they SMS a certain number followed by your buzzword......and as a premium SMS service (55cents Australian), for every SMS sent, the person who set up the buzzword gets...wait for it...5 cents....
More information about SMS Buzzwords can be found on its homepage. They also give some nice examples for what to do with it.

Such a service is easy and cheap to set up. And it probably comes with huge margins - like nearly every SMS business concept does. Strange that Vodafone or T-Mobile aren't offering something like it...
